In a see-through red lace catsuit, eye mask and eccentric spiky hair piece, it seems Lady GaGa has no intention of toning down her outfits.

Looking fearsome, and rather like an anti-goddess, her latest outfit at New York fashion week showed that the ideas just keep coming.

And rather than being put off by the outraged reaction to her sick stage stunt when she faked her own death at the MTV Video Music Awards, it seems she revels in each and every appearance.
